I achieve this reflexology, reiki, life coaching, and guided meditations. First and foremost I always do my best to alleviate the physical body from discomfort. Personally I strive to grow through deeply healing of past traumas with self love while empowering others to do the same. Health starts with the awareness of self in conjunction with support from others to feeling better.
